How can I track my order?

Once the order is shipped you will receive a tracking code to track the location of your order directly from the site of the post office. The code is available for tracking the next business day of the posting date.

How long does it take to get my order?

This depends on which city will be made to deliver and what was the chosen mode of shipment. The SEDEX is a faster way to send and arrive between 2-5 business days. The PAC (normal order of post office) takes between 5-15 business days. If the application is approved after 14h (GMT) consider the start of calculating the period from the next business day. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered in the calculation of working days. Requests made and approved at the weekend will be posted on Monday.

My order has not arrived, what do I do?

The couriers make three delivery attempts in the recipients address on consecutive days. If you do not have anyone on site to receive the order returns to the return address.
