How can I track my order?
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code to know the location of your order directly from the Correios site or through SRO tracking . The code is available for tracking the next business day of the posting date.
How long does it take to get my order?
This depends on which city will be made to deliver and what was the chosen mode of shipment. In the moment, we have EXPRESS and PRIORITY MAIL as options to international clients, being EXPRESS faster. If the order was approved after 14h (GMT -03:00), consider the start of calculating the period from the next business day. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered in the calculation of working days. Requests made and approved at the weekend will be posted on Monday.
My order has not arrived, what do I do?
The shipment service make at least three delivery attempts in the recipient’s address on consecutive days. If you don’t have anyone at home to receive the order, it’ll return back to us. If your order is delayed, please contact us by phone 55 11 2476-6580, Whatsapp (+55 11 98447-5867) or by email (email@example.com) so we can check with the shipment service the reason for the delay. For the delivery to be done correctly, it’s necessary that the customer fill out the shipping address before finalizing the order. If the order come back because of an incorrect or insufficient address, the client will have to pay the shipping again.
